Preparing for Staffing Under RCS-I

With  RCS-I on the horizon, therapy services will be reduced and restorative nursing will increase, putting more pressure on nursing staff.  As facilities stop getting paid for the volume of therapy minutes and begin getting paid for outcomes, directors of nursing must be confident that their staff can deliver high quality outcomes with less therapy and the same staff.

Over the next year as  we experience transitions to RCS-I, AADNS will guide you every step of the way.  Bookmark this page and check back frequently for updates.
