It’s appropriate that the year of Florence Nightingale’s 200th birthday and the World Health Organization’s (WHO) designation of 2020 as “The Year of the Nurse” that nurses across the country are at the forefront of serving and protecting the nation during a worldwide pandemic. Nurses everywhere, including nurse leader’s and other LTC professionals, are demonstrating a dedication and selflessness that fills us with gratitude and humility. Thank you for your leadership during this difficult time.

In celebration of Nurse Leader Day, and honoring those serving our most vulnerable populations, we are offering several ways for you to recognize your colleagues, DONs, and other long-term care professionals.
