The Foundation awards scholarships to students with an interest in long-term care and who are pursuing a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree. Applications for the 2018-2019 school year are now open.

Carter-Elmblad Family Scholarship - $3,000 scholarship awarded to a current or enrolled nursing student in a BSN, MSN, or DNP program at an accredited university. The winner of this scholarship will receive a complimentary registration to the 2018 Annual Conference and a travel stipend. Deadline to apply is December 1.
Cheryl M. Thomas Scholarship (Supported by the friends and family of Cheryl M. Thomas and Cerner) - $5,000 toward a BSN program for a current or enrolled student. Deadline to apply is December 1, 2017.
Gerontology Scholarship - $1,000 scholarship designed to address the shortage of trained nurses working in the field of gerontology. Deadline to apply is December 1, 2017.
